Kalmia Landing’s Emergency Preparedness Plan
This plan outlines how our community prepares for and responds to emergencies such as severe weather, power outages, or other unexpected events. It explains the roles of the Board, Crisis Team, District Chairs, and residents in keeping people safe and protecting property. While every resident remains responsible for their own safety and household, the plan provides guidance, resources, and communication procedures to help us work together as a community before, during, and after an emergency.
